1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

• A secure password meeting idcwin's minimum security requirements

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You further agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

idcwin is required under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations to verify the identity of all users. As part of our KYC procedures, you may be required to submit:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of a government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)

idcwin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

idcwin accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata)
• Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja)

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited to your idcwin account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.

idcwin does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose its own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the user.

By depositing funds into your idcwin account, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds deposited are legally owned by you and are not derived from illegal activities.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• You are not using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulent payment instruments.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC-compliant).
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

idcwin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

idcwin maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy in compliance with international AML standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account exhibiting patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes, including but not limited to:

• Large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests with minimal or no wagering activity
• Deposits from multiple unrelated payment sources
• Unusual transaction patterns inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behavior

In such cases, idcwin may freeze the account pending investigation and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

By claiming or accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that bonus in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a bonus, the specific bonus terms will prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "10x wagering" means the bonus must be wagered ten times before it can be converted to withdrawable cash).

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is published on the bonus terms page. For example:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino: 10-20% contribution (varies by game)

6.3 Bonus Abuse

idcwin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or forfeit any bonus if we determine that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive manner, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Engaging in "low-risk" betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette simultaneously)
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes

In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, idcwin may suspend or close the offending account(s) and forfeit all funds, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets placed on idcwin are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details (selection, stake, odds) are correct before confirming your bet.

idcwin reserves the right to void any bet if:

• The bet was placed after the event or market had already started (late bets)
• The bet was placed using incorrect or manipulated odds due to a technical error
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions
• The outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport in question (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

For live (in-play) betting, odds are updated in real-time. There may be a short delay between a significant event occurring (e.g., a goal being scored) and the odds being updated. Bets placed during this delay are accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of bet placement.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live casino) offered on idcwin are provided by internationally licensed and regulated third-party software providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, physical cards and wheels.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the software provider and is available within the game's information screen. RTP is a theoretical long-term average calculated over millions of game rounds; actual results in any individual session will vary.

idcwin is not responsible for the outcome of any game. All results are determined by the software provider's RNG or live dealer and are final.

7.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are based on official draw outcomes from the respective lottery organizations (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, etc.). idcwin is not affiliated with these organizations and does not control or influence draw results in any way.

All togel markets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant lottery authority. In the rare event that an official result is later revised or declared invalid by the lottery authority, idcwin will adjust settled bets accordingly.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on idcwin. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in any form of deceptive conduct.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one idcwin account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate outcomes, share information, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds between idcwin and other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: As described in Section 6.3 above.
• Money Laundering: Using idcwin services to launder the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

idcwin makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform. All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, idcwin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your idcwin account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to successful identity verification.
• All pending bets will be settled according to their outcome before final withdrawal.
• All unused bonuses will be forfeited.

10.2 Termination by idcwin

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against idcwin.

11.1 User Responsibility for Legal Compliance

idcwin operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. While we take reasonable steps to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, ultimate responsibility for compliance with local laws rests with the user.

By using idcwin services, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not explicitly prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of use.
